全球第一個Makibox 立體3d打印機評測

幾經(jīng)辛苦先Reg到EPC A／C，好高興見到香港有咁多人玩3D Printer。小弟都玩左3D Printer 2年幾3年，第一部系2011年入手的PrintrBot ，第二部系巖攞到手嘅Makibox Beta Version（應(yīng)該系第7個Beta testers)，嚟緊7月中至尾應(yīng)該會有多部Makerbot Replicator 2X (而家買要等好耐，至少要8個星期，長嘅話要成10個星期。等到我想講粗口*(&(*&$#(*&#(*$&%^）。
遲啲我會出開箱／少少教學(xué)／用3D printer 少少心得同大家交流下。小弟才疏學(xué)淺，有羊講錯、講得唔好，唔好插咁應(yīng)。

3. Assembly 組裝:

The assembly process of makibox is very easy. Assembling the makibox sounds like playing Lego. The only thing different is you just have to know how to screw the nuts.
Because of the ease of assembly process, the time you spent on assembling the makibox is around 3 hours if you know a newbie in 3D printing. You could get your first print of Makibox from assembling in an afternoon of a weekend.
組裝容易；如果你懂得砌Lego，組裝Makibox一定難不了你。因為組裝Makibox 只需要上螺絲而已。
由於組裝容易，所以組裝Makibox 需時時間短 (如果你是立體打印新手，只需約3小時組裝。一個週末的下午便可以由開始組裝到打印第一件物件)

4. Software: 軟件

Makibox is like other RepRap 3D printer. The slicing program and the program for controlling the stepping motors and extruder are different. Makibox uses its own developed software called “5D print" to control the stepping motors and the extruder.
"5D print" is a web app for you to control the electronics of Makibox through a simple User interface in a web browser. For the advanced user, you could control the Makibox with the common G-Code with the console in 5D print.
Makibox 正如其他RepRap 立體打印機一樣，立體物件切薄片軟件和控制步進馬達及擠壓頭的軟件是不同。Makibox 用它自己研發(fā)的軟件 ﹣ “5D print" 來控制Makibox 的步進馬達及擠壓頭。

Pros 好處:

Makibox 的設(shè)計好好，有一些重點很聰明，如特別是有一個洞的熱床。
Due to the good design of makibox, its maintenance is minimised. The only thing you have to bother is the calibration of the level of hotbed.
因為Makibox 的設(shè)計好好，維護它的時間／心機可以最少化。而校正熱床是唯一你需要關(guān)注的事情。

Cons 不足之處:

It's still not a 3D printer for lazy customer. You still have to assembly.
Makibox 仍然不是一個俾懶人的立體打印機，你仍然要組裝它。
The customer still needs to care about the calibration of the level of hotbed.
你仍需要校正熱床。

Marks 評分:

雖然得所謂三面，但用系不銹鋼成個feel solid好多；無咁玩具Feel。我自己覺得值得俾蘿。
遲下我想自己加個面蓋，保溫對Print ABS 好好多。
你想知Printrbot? 真系不吐不快
Printrbot is a shit！��！我初初幫手Kickstarter 集資。Delay 都算啦（Kickstarter 都算好正常），佢又用啲死人美制尺寸。我都算啦，佢竟然寄漏好多件／寄幾件壞Parts 俾我，我Send 幾十個Emails ，成個月之后佢先覆我（你無睇錯系EMAILS 成個月，我以為佢系火星。我Twitter 上質(zhì)問佢，佢先覆我）之后佢先死死地氣寄返啲Parts俾我，依樣野我都可以由佢。
最火滾嘅喺，佢一張紙都無說明點組裝、咁我以為上網(wǎng)有啦﹐點之乜Q都無教點裝；剩系得份野教你點Calibrate，喂，大佬我都要組裝到先Calibrate到嫁。再之后，佢先好大發(fā)慈悲咁拍再幾段所謂教學(xué)點組裝。沒有最差、只有更差，段Video佢自己都組裝錯。乜Q都要自己摸。&*$&#(*#$
所以我以后都Blacklist 左依間野，我遇到任何朋友想玩3D printer 都叫佢打死都唔好買佢。佢個設(shè)計又唔系好，太過Open，印親ABS都起角。

不過有小小疑問想請教一下,可否做個精度測試,

前幾日報紙都有看過此機,說的天上有地下無比工業(yè)FDM還要精準,好像精度可以去到0.05mm

所以想入手一臺玩下

首先關(guān)於傳動結(jié)構(gòu)疑問, 本機結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該是下圖所示吧







X,Y軸走絲桿,但X軸前端是釣空沒有負助的

如果Y軸在A點的時候我想精度當(dāng)然沒有問題,但Y軸在B點的時候我想應(yīng)該會出現(xiàn)問題了,

因為只有一個同步點A點,向前時B點應(yīng)該因為不同步根據(jù)力學(xué)原理會出現(xiàn)"延遲效應(yīng)"

這樣結(jié)構(gòu)對精度來是一個致命傷,而且在高速打印時會上產(chǎn)生振動,真的不敢相信這臺機子

可以做到如官方所說的精度來,樓主有沒方法測試一下我所說的結(jié)構(gòu)問題?
