西門子招聘能力中心工程師

西門子正在為增材制造行業(yè)招募一位具有此行業(yè)經驗的能力中心工程師。其主要職責是了解和分析增材制造市場及不同技術類型的客戶需求，涵蓋工藝，設備連接，設備控制等方面，針對不同技術的設備商進行優(yōu)化，調試等，并且可以根據客戶的需求開發(fā)解決方案。

What are my responsibilities?
主要職責
1. Understand additive manufacturing branch by different technology and build up the relevant core competence solution for additive manufacturing branch team, especially for laser powder bed fusion technology;   
了解增材制造行業(yè)不同技術類型并建立針對增材行業(yè)有核心競爭力的解決方案，特別是針對于激光粉床熔融技術應用領域。
2.Close cooperate with DI BUs, buildup DI level vertical approach from automation and software product to system solution and digitalization in additive manufacturing branch market;   
與其他事業(yè)部緊密合作，建立從自動化及軟件產品到系統解決方案和數字化的解決方案；
3. Tracking additive manufacturing branch application market trend and support sales and BD manager to develop relevant solution or application based on customer demand.
跟蹤增材制造行業(yè)的應用市場趨勢，對不同增材制造技術的客戶支持銷售和業(yè)務拓展經理開發(fā)基于客戶需求的解決方案；
4.Familar with additive manufacturing branch product, technology, application used by customers and support to build up typical applications for different industry;
了解增材行業(yè)產品，技術及市場應用，建立不同行業(yè)的增材應用案例；
5. Give training to internal colleague and external customers;
對內部同事和外部客戶進行相關培訓；

What do I need to qualify for this job?
能力要求
1. Branch know-how and application experience of additive manufacturing branch;
在增材制造行業(yè)有較深的行業(yè)知識和應用經驗；
2. Knowledge of software which covering design, simulation, machine control, slicing and hatching of additive manufacturing branch;
了解增材行業(yè)軟件,包括設計，仿真，設備控制，切片，填充等方面內容；
3. Know additive manufacturing branch technology & application;
了解增材制造行業(yè)應用；
4. Better to have NX software experience;
最好有NX軟件使用經驗
5. Fluency in reading & writing English, good in oral English;
英語讀寫流利，口語良好；
6. Good communication skill; Good presentation skill;
良好的溝通能力；良好的表達能力；
7. Team work.
