國千科技博士后科研工作站
專注于智能制造方向的前沿科學(xué)研究,擁有雄厚的科研實力,具備激光選區(qū)熔化增材制造設(shè)備、激光選區(qū)燒結(jié)增材制造設(shè)備、光固化3D打印設(shè)備、熔融沉積3D打印設(shè)備等完善的硬件配套,設(shè)有激光智能制造聯(lián)合實驗室、先進制造技術(shù)聯(lián)合實驗室、金屬3D打印聯(lián)合實驗室等專業(yè)實驗室。工作站堅持科研與企業(yè)發(fā)展相結(jié)合,與國內(nèi)知名高校博士后流動站合作,聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)高端人才。
研究方向: 1.新工藝及材料體系開發(fā) (1) 3D打印快速先進鑄造模料的開發(fā)與快速鑄造應(yīng)用(高分子材料方向,有精密鑄造經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先) (2) 桌面全彩色3D打印著色材料系統(tǒng)(非金屬材料、墨水材料研究經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先) 2. 機電設(shè)計方向 (1) 工業(yè)級增材制造(3D打印)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與仿真(振動力學(xué)、流體力學(xué)分析,二者具備其一) (2) 工業(yè)級增材制造精準(zhǔn)加熱系統(tǒng)(熟悉熱學(xué)模擬,具備一定的裝備設(shè)計能力) (3) 工業(yè)級增材制造系統(tǒng)(機電工程方向,有裝備整體設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先) 3. 軟件及智能化 (1) 基于模型分析的工業(yè)級增材制造變速、變功率智能工藝(具備三維模型特征分析經(jīng)驗、較強的數(shù)學(xué)能力、熟練使用CAD軟件) 4. 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 (1) 面向工業(yè)級增材制造的精準(zhǔn)冷卻系統(tǒng)仿真與優(yōu)化設(shè)計(有復(fù)雜冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、冷卻系統(tǒng)仿真分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先)
任職要求: 1.已經(jīng)獲得博士學(xué)位,或即將獲得博士學(xué)位的應(yīng)屆博士研究生。 2.年齡一般在35周歲以下,身體健康。 3.具有較強的敬業(yè)精神、職業(yè)操守、科研能力和團隊合作能力。

Research direction 1、Newprocess and material development (1)Development ofadvanced precision casting molding materials for 3D printing (Knowledge inpolymer material, experience in precision casting is preferred though notnecessary) (2)Desktopfull-color 3D printer coloring material design (material design and inkmaterial research experience is preferred) 2、Mechanical and electrical engineering (1)Industrial gradeadditive manufacturing (3D printing) system structural optimization andsimulation (vibration dynamics, or fluid dynamics background) (2)Precision powderbed heating system for industrial grade additive manufacturing (3D printing),(familiar with thermal simulation, knowledge and experience in equipmentdesign) (3)Industrial gradeadditive manufacturing (3D printing), (Engineering Post-doc, experience inequipment design is preferred) 3、Software and intelligent control (1)Adaptive speedand power process development for industrial grade additive manufacturing (3Dprinting) based on model analysis (experience in 3D model feature analysis,good maths, experienced CAD user) 4、Structuraldesign (1)Precisioncooling system simulation and optimization for industrial grade additivemanufacturing (3D printing) (Experience in complex cooling system design,heat-exchange simulation will be preferred) Requirements 1、PhD graduate or expected PhD graduate within 10 months 2、No more than35 years of age.
