職位：Service Engineer 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修服務(wù)工程師
要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷，英語熟練，機(jī)械電子工程/機(jī)電一體化/機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化
崗位職責(zé)：
SLM Solutions現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修工程師需要利用自己對(duì)于SLM Solutions設(shè)備的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來為內(nèi)外部客戶提供支持。該職位主要專注于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修，而應(yīng)聘成功的人員將負(fù)責(zé)在整個(gè)中國地區(qū)的客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)整套系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行安裝。設(shè)備安裝包括機(jī)械組裝、電氣布線、精密對(duì)準(zhǔn)以及客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口的設(shè)立。此外，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修工程師還將：
1.負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)中國地區(qū)的所有的服務(wù)和安裝，需要經(jīng)常出差。
2.為已安裝的設(shè)備提供技術(shù)支持。
3.電氣、機(jī)械、制冷和供氣系統(tǒng)的故障排查，確保設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。
4.負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌客戶的設(shè)備狀態(tài)，確保能實(shí)時(shí)服務(wù)所有客戶。
5.協(xié)同SLM德國和SLM新加坡，確保服務(wù)工具和配件現(xiàn)成，以避免到了客戶那出現(xiàn)不必要的等待，確保拿回?fù)Q過的備件。
6.確�？蛻舻脑O(shè)備安裝地點(diǎn)適合安裝新機(jī)器，負(fù)責(zé)組裝、調(diào)整、安裝和調(diào)試機(jī)器，為客戶進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修培訓(xùn)，以確�？蛻裟苷�確操作設(shè)備。
7.維護(hù)客戶所需的常用備件的庫存。
8.確保對(duì)演示機(jī)和其他設(shè)施的操作的要求是遵守消防安全程序的。
9.上司不時(shí)委派的其他任務(wù)。

崗位要求：
1.機(jī)械、電氣/電子、自動(dòng)化技術(shù)類工科學(xué)士或類似學(xué)歷。
2.數(shù)學(xué)佳。
3.掌握計(jì)算機(jī)技巧。
4.計(jì)算機(jī)硬件/軟件安裝設(shè)置經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5.能夠讀懂電路圖。
6.CAD軟件經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
7.較強(qiáng)溝通和理解能力，服務(wù)意識(shí)和責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
8.因?yàn)椴糠止ぷ饕�在客戶工廠當(dāng)?shù)亻_展，有70%的時(shí)間都是在非本地的客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開展工作，您必須愿意而且能夠經(jīng)常出差。如有需要還可以出國出差。
9.生產(chǎn)工廠自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的實(shí)地經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
10.有3D打印技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
11.獨(dú)立工作，能夠承受住壓力，具備很強(qiáng)的自學(xué)能力。
12.良好的英語溝通能力。
13.團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
14.具備進(jìn)口設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試維修方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。

Job Description:
1.You should have solid knowledge/experience of 3D metal Printer, equipment Engineering, SLM technology and its application.
2.You are required to assist sales staff to carry on technical pre-sale support to achieve orders.
3.You will be responsible for operating SLM system to use the machine for the production of benchmark parts for potential customers in China and to perform demonstrations to potential customers in China.
4.You will support SLM Solutions (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. to set-up and maintain technical documentation in Chinese language
5.You will be responsible to design training curriculum, conduct training to existing and new customers, to provide service and application support to meet satisfaction of customers.
6.You may be called upon to suggest training tools, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment for the betterment of SLM’s systems.
7.You may be expected to travel worldwide frequently from time to time for the above-mentioned activities or other contingencies.
8.You may be expected to undertake new and /or other responsibilities that may arise from time to time.

Required Skills and Experiences:
1.Good command of English / Technical English.
2.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanics / Mechanical Engineering
3.Good skill on PC and office software.
4.Possess high standard of work ethics to ensure confidentiality of company information
5.Excellent Communication skill
6.Very structured way of working
7.Strong learning capability, open mind and teamwork spirit. Ability to work intensively under high time pressure
8.Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical component and pneumatic.
9.With experience in project management(Machine).
