職位：Service Engineer 現(xiàn)場維修服務工程師
要求：本科及以上學歷，英語熟練，機械電子工程/機電一體化/機械設計制造及其自動化
崗位職責：
SLM Solutions現(xiàn)場維修工程師需要利用自己對于SLM Solutions設備的知識和經(jīng)驗來為內(nèi)外部客戶提供支持。該職位主要專注于現(xiàn)場安裝和現(xiàn)場維修，而應聘成功的人員將負責在整個中國地區(qū)的客戶現(xiàn)場對整套系統(tǒng)進行安裝。設備安裝包括機械組裝、電氣布線、精密對準以及客戶網(wǎng)絡接口的設立。此外，現(xiàn)場維修工程師還將：
1.負責整個中國地區(qū)的所有的服務和安裝，需要經(jīng)常出差。
2.為已安裝的設備提供技術支持。
3.電氣、機械、制冷和供氣系統(tǒng)的故障排查，確保設備的正常運行。
4.負責統(tǒng)籌客戶的設備狀態(tài)，確保能實時服務所有客戶。
5.協(xié)同SLM德國和SLM新加坡，確保服務工具和配件現(xiàn)成，以避免到了客戶那出現(xiàn)不必要的等待，確保拿回換過的備件。
6.確�？蛻舻脑O備安裝地點適合安裝新機器，負責組裝、調(diào)整、安裝和調(diào)試機器，為客戶進行現(xiàn)場維修培訓，以確�？蛻裟苷�確操作設備。
7.維護客戶所需的常用備件的庫存。
8.確保對演示機和其他設施的操作的要求是遵守消防安全程序的。
9.上司不時委派的其他任務。

崗位要求：
1.機械、電氣/電子、自動化技術類工科學士或類似學歷。
2.數(shù)學佳。
3.掌握計算機技巧。
4.計算機硬件/軟件安裝設置經(jīng)驗。
5.能夠讀懂電路圖。
6.CAD軟件經(jīng)驗。
7.較強溝通和理解能力，服務意識和責任心強。
8.因為部分工作要在客戶工廠當?shù)亻_展，有70%的時間都是在非本地的客戶現(xiàn)場開展工作，您必須愿意而且能夠經(jīng)常出差。如有需要還可以出國出差。
9.生產(chǎn)工廠自動化系統(tǒng)的實地經(jīng)驗。
10.有3D打印技術經(jīng)驗。
11.獨立工作，能夠承受住壓力，具備很強的自學能力。
12.良好的英語溝通能力。
13.團隊精神。
14.具備進口設備安裝、調(diào)試維修方面經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。

Job Description:
1.You should have solid knowledge/experience of 3D metal Printer, equipment Engineering, SLM technology and its application.
2.You are required to assist sales staff to carry on technical pre-sale support to achieve orders.
3.You will be responsible for operating SLM system to use the machine for the production of benchmark parts for potential customers in China and to perform demonstrations to potential customers in China.
4.You will support SLM Solutions (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. to set-up and maintain technical documentation in Chinese language
5.You will be responsible to design training curriculum, conduct training to existing and new customers, to provide service and application support to meet satisfaction of customers.
6.You may be called upon to suggest training tools, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment for the betterment of SLM’s systems.
7.You may be expected to travel worldwide frequently from time to time for the above-mentioned activities or other contingencies.
8.You may be expected to undertake new and /or other responsibilities that may arise from time to time.

Required Skills and Experiences:
1.Good command of English / Technical English.
2.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanics / Mechanical Engineering
3.Good skill on PC and office software.
4.Possess high standard of work ethics to ensure confidentiality of company information
5.Excellent Communication skill
6.Very structured way of working
7.Strong learning capability, open mind and teamwork spirit. Ability to work intensively under high time pressure
8.Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical component and pneumatic.
9.With experience in project management(Machine).
