The main responsibilities are to understand the additive manufacturing market transparency and customer technology demand, expand the customers business actively, promote latest products and system solutions of Siemens Factory Automation, in-depth industry market research, prepare and execute technical seminars and other market promotion activities

What are my responsibilities?
主要職責(zé)
1. Understand additive manufacturing branch market and customer needs, understand industry trend, know customer and channel distribution and business model;
了解增材制造行業(yè)市場(chǎng)及客戶需求，了解行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和動(dòng)態(tài)，行業(yè)客戶分別和業(yè)務(wù)模式；
2.Close cooperate with DI BUs, buildup and promote DI level vertical approach from automation and software product to system solution and digitalization in additive manufacturing branch market;
與其他事業(yè)部緊密合作，促進(jìn)行業(yè)解決方案從自動(dòng)化及軟件產(chǎn)品到系統(tǒng)解決方案和數(shù)字化的業(yè)務(wù)推廣；
3. Tracking additive manufacturing branch application market trend and support sales of business develop in different additive manufacturing technology customers.
跟蹤增材制造行業(yè)的應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)，對(duì)不同增材制造技術(shù)的客戶支持銷售進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)拓展；
4.Familar with additive manufacturing branch product, technology, application used by customers and increase the share of wallet in OEM business;
了解增材行業(yè)產(chǎn)品，技術(shù)及市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用，提高行業(yè)OEM業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)份額；
5. Market promotion by seminar and fair;
通過研討會(huì)和展會(huì)等活動(dòng)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)推廣；

What do I need to qualify for this job?
能力要求
1. Branch know-how and business development or sales experience in additive manufacturing branch;
在增材制造行業(yè)有較深的行業(yè)知識(shí)和業(yè)務(wù)拓展或銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. Knowledge of automation and software in machines of additive manufacturing branch;
了解增材行業(yè)設(shè)備軟件及自動(dòng)化知識(shí)；
3. Know additive manufacturing branch technology & application; 了解增材制造行業(yè)應(yīng)用；
4. Fluency in reading & writing English, good in oral English; 英語讀寫流利，口語良好；
5, Good communication skill; Good presentation skill; 良好的溝通能力；良好的表達(dá)能力；
6, Team work. 團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。
