PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Additive manufacturing is a growth field in Evonik. To accelerate the overall R&D activity and support urgent local customer needs, additional lab engineers are needed to deliver the proposed project/product portfolios.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY
• According to printer customers’ feedbacks, optimize printing parameter or formulation to make present ready-to-use 3D printing photopolymer own better printing experience in different customers’ 3D printers.
• Improve and optimize the present ready-to-use 3D printing photopolymer to fulfil the potential application market demands.
• Track on and analyze the technology trends, printer customer needs and important application market demands, identify the product improvement & optimization opportunities and make company product closely keep up with the market demand.
• Closely collaborate with global 3D printing photopolymer R&D teams to accelerate the new ready-to-use 3D printing photopolymer enter into the local market.
• Independently lead the short-term new ready-to-use 3D printing photopolymer development project.
• Fully support the pilot production of products, help products smoothly and quickly enter the market.
• Communicate and report study results in an organized, logical, and scientific manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Comply with IP protection regulations.
• Create, develop, and update documents (e.g., standard/safe operating procedures, risk assessments, work instructions and laboratory records) in alignment with site EHSQ protocols.
• Must always abide by the EHSQ policies.
工作職責:
·根據(jù)本土客戶的反饋,優(yōu)化打印參數(shù)和配方,使得公司的樹脂材料能夠更好的適應于不同品牌的3D打印機。
·根據(jù)潛在的市場應用需求,不斷的優(yōu)化和調整公司的樹脂材料。
·不斷關注和分析技術趨勢,打印機客戶需求以及重要的應用市場需求,確定產(chǎn)品提升和優(yōu)化方向,使得公司產(chǎn)品能夠緊跟市場需求。
·與全球3D打印光敏樹脂研發(fā)團隊緊密合作,助力新產(chǎn)品快速進入本土市場。
·獨立領導短期3D打印光敏材料研發(fā)項目
·全力支持新開發(fā)出的產(chǎn)品試生產(chǎn),幫助新產(chǎn)品順利、快速地進入市場。
·有條理、合乎邏輯和科學的方式總結和匯報研究結果。
·對實驗室設備和儀器進行日常維護和故障排除。
·遵守知識產(chǎn)權保護法規(guī)。
·根據(jù)公司 EHSQ 政策,創(chuàng)建、開發(fā)和更新相關文檔(例如標準/安全操作程序、風險評估、工作說明和實驗室記錄)。
·必須始終遵守公司 EHSQ 政策。
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering.
• Strong knowledge in research development of 3D printing photopolymer, 2-5 years related working experience
• Proficiency in vat polymerization process printers, such as SLA, DLP and LCD printers, at least 2 years hand-on printer operation experience.
• Understand 3D printing industry, technology, market application trend
• Able to work independently. Highly motivated and able to handle multiple tasks.
崗位要求:
·本科及以上學歷,化學、高分子化學、高分子科學/工程、化學工程、材料科學和工程等相關專業(yè)。
·有很強的3D打印光聚合材料的研發(fā)經(jīng)驗,在相關行業(yè)有2-5年的工作經(jīng)驗。
·精通光聚合工藝3D打印機(如 SLA、DLP 和 LCD 打印機),至少有 2 年的打印機操作經(jīng)驗。
·熟悉3D 打印行業(yè),了解3D打印技術以及市場應用趨勢。
·能夠獨立完成研發(fā)工作。很強的自我驅動力,能同時處理多個工作任務。
